Continuous Improvement is a Commitment at SDS

Every fortnight all senior managers sit together at a Continuous Improvement Committee and review feedback from customers that has been received in the previous fortnight. Actions are generated to rectify all outstanding issues and strategies put in place to ensure customer needs are always met.
